Executive Team
Jimmy Nguyen - Chief Executive Officer
Jimmy Nguyen provides proven Oracle implementation experience and leadership to Aderas. As a former Oracle consultant and Big 5 consultant, Jimmy has worked with cutting edge Oracle technologies as well as top notch consulting organizations throughout his career. He works closely with the executive team to engage in business development efforts and form strategic alliances.
Jimmy holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Jason DeLano - Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer
Jason DeLano provides the executive team with numerous years of Oracle Applications implementation experience. As a former Oracle consultant, he has provided technical leadership and expertise to some of the largest Oracle Applications implementation (GE, Honeywell, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services). Jason is responsible for providing technical and functional expertise on Financials, HR, CRM, Service and Manufacturing implementations. He also is responsible for providing High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Performance Tuning, and Security Administration to the Aderas team. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Siena College, is an Oracle Certified Professional, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Brad Rendell - President and Chief Operating Officer
Brad Rendell is well versed in Interaction Center Technologies. Brad was instrumental in helping to stabilize one of the first referenceable Federal implementations of Oracle Customer Relationship Management 11i. As a former Oracle Consultant in the DoD Consulting practice, Brad worked as a liaison between Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) and Oracle Product Development in implementing Oracle's HealthCare Transaction Base (HTB) framework. As the President/COO for Aderas, Brad manages the internal operations and is responsible for business development in the CRM and emerging technologies business space.
Leadership Team
Matt Symons provides project execution and sales opportunity management leadership to Aderas. In his business development role, Matt is the primary point of contact for capability meetings with potential customers, partnering discussions, supplemental staffing support, and proposal management. Matt also supports critical projects as a program manager leveraging his experience as the program and project manager for a Federal government customer. With over 10 years supporting the Federal marketplace, Matt demonstrated his ability to exceed client expectations in diverse project types including application implementation, application maintenance, infrastructure management, independent verification and validation (IV&V) testing, and quality assurance. In addition to being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Matt holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from George Washington University and Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Virginia Tech.
Larry Brant complements the Aderas Team with over 25 years of enterprise-level, Design/Development/Deployment experience - primary supporting the Bid/Proposal and Deployment processes for Aderas's Federal Government and Large Commercial Customers. Larry has Senior-Level, Technical Project Management experience with Data Center Consolidations/Migrations and Infrastructure Deployments for NASA, DHS, Dept. of Ag., IRS/Treasury, CMS, American Airlines, Amtrak and the American Red Cross. Larry holds a BS Degree in Computer Science from the Univ. of Maryland.
